A personal view on Scots and English family law. This blog is one of the very few that comments on family law in both Scotland and England/Wales – and occasionally on international family law.

I am a Qualified Paralegal specialising in Family Law in both England&Wales and Scotland; with a particular interest in the law as it applies to children. In October 2015 I was awarded Jordans Family law Legal Executive/Paralegal of the Year.
